HEAT PUMPS WE INSTALL
The right system depends on your home
Infinity Heat Pumps is not tied to one product. We assess heat loss, available space, hot-water demand and budget before recommending a suitable system.

TRIANCO Activair
A flexible British heat-pump range, including compact outdoor units and indoor solutions for homes where external positioning is difficult. Selected systems support connected monitoring and remote diagnostics.

Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan
A widely recognised air-to-water heat-pump range designed for UK homes, with options for space heating and stored hot water. System output and cylinder choice are confirmed through a full heat-loss design.

Midea M-Thermal
An efficient air-to-water range with compact monobloc options, weather compensation and smart controls. It can be paired with a correctly sized hot-water cylinder for a complete home-heating system.

Vaillant aroTHERM
A premium air-source range known for low operating noise, high-temperature capability and polished controls. Vaillant systems suit many renovation projects when designed around the property’s heat loss.
The most suitable system for your property is confirmed following an Infinity Heat Pumps technical survey. Product selection is subject to design requirements and availability.
WARRANTIES & PROTECTION
Long-term reassurance after installation
Infinity Heat Pumps explains the product, cylinder and workmanship protection included with your chosen system before installation.
Heat-pump warranty
Warranty length varies by manufacturer, model and available extension.
Cylinder warranty
Up to 25 years of manufacturer protection on selected hot-water cylinders.
HIES workmanship warranty
Two years of workmanship protection through HIES on qualifying installations.
BOILER UPGRADE SCHEME
Government help towards your new heat pump
The Boiler Upgrade Scheme gives eligible property owners an upfront grant towards installation. There is no income test and no means-tested pre-qualification — your installer handles the application for you.
Towards an eligible air-to-water or ground source heat pump.
Available until 31 March 2027 for qualifying properties.
Most homeowners, landlords and second-home owners can apply. You must own the property and replace an eligible fossil-fuel heating system. Property and scheme rules apply.
HOW HEAT PUMPS WORK
They move warmth instead of creating it
An air source heat pump takes low-temperature heat from the outside air — even in cold weather — and uses a refrigerant and compressor to raise its temperature. That useful heat is then circulated around your home through radiators or underfloor heating, and can also heat your hot water.
Collects outside heat
Energy is absorbed from the air outside your home.
Raises the temperature
The compressor increases the temperature to a useful level.
Heats your home
Warm water feeds your heating system and hot-water cylinder.

WHAT AFFECTS THE PRICE?
Understand the complete installation
We use your property details to provide a broad guide before Infinity Heat Pumps confirms the design and final proposal at survey.
Home size and heat loss
A larger home or one that loses heat quickly may need a higher-output system. Your EPC and survey help turn this into a proper design figure.
Radiators and pipework
Some rooms may need larger radiators or pipework changes so the home stays comfortable at efficient heat-pump flow temperatures.
Hot-water cylinder
Homes replacing a combi boiler commonly need a cylinder. Capacity, location and any plumbing changes form part of the installed price.
Heat-pump output and design
The unit, controls and output should be selected from the home's calculated heat loss—not guessed from floor area alone.
NO LEAD SELLING
One enquiry. One accountable company.
Your details go directly to Infinity Heat Pumps. They are not sent around a panel of installers, so you will not be bombarded by calls from several different companies.

HEAT PUMP QUESTIONS
Clear answers before your assessment
Understand the costs, grant process and practical requirements before arranging a free home assessment.
How much does an air source heat pump cost?
The installed price depends on the home's heat loss, required output, radiators, hot-water cylinder and installation complexity. Our calculator provides an initial guide; a technical survey is needed before a final quotation.
What does the heat pump price estimate include?
The guide considers the likely heat-pump output and a broad installed-price range. Installer quotations should clearly show the equipment, cylinder, heating-system upgrades, controls, electrical work, commissioning, warranties and any grant deduction.
Who may qualify for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme?
Eligible property owners in England and Wales may receive support toward a qualifying heat-pump installation. There is no income test, but property, technology and scheme rules apply. An MCS-certified installer confirms eligibility and manages the application.
Does the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant need to be repaid?
No. It is a grant rather than a loan. For an eligible installation, the approved amount is normally deducted through the installer, so the homeowner does not pay the grant amount upfront and reclaim it later.
Will I need a new hot-water cylinder?
Most air-to-water heat-pump systems store domestic hot water in a cylinder. Homes with a suitable existing cylinder may be able to retain it; homes with a combi boiler usually need space for a new one. A survey confirms the right arrangement.
Why compare more than one heat pump quote?
System designs, equipment, warranties, aftercare and included work can differ significantly. Comparing complete proposals helps you understand the price and choose the design that best suits your home.
